T-bones are popular tonight, Nittany! Great supper there!

That's sure a fun way to procure your surf component, VH60! (Oh - and I'll bet it was fun putting away the turf part too!) Looks beautiful. Thanks for the photos!

I did the surf portion also. Went out the back door and caught an 18” walleye. A few veggies and a salad to complete it. On to the bourbon now.

Great minds think alike, Upstate!

And I'll bet it was good, Adam!

Mad_Mike! Excellent! I think it will do nicely. Unless the eggs are caviar, they should count as surf. laugh

Nice job, Scout1! I am dying to get out fishing for anything right now. I cannot wait.

We had some good meals in our house this past week but today we might just order a pizza. We had fried caribou heart with fried potatoes, roasted seasoned carrots and rice yesterday. Cooked some snowshoe hares one day too.

I was thinking he was living dangerously there. laugh

Ryan, those are some wonderful meals! A pizza is a great choice too for a night when you need something easy. Nothing wrong with that.

It just might be, Muskrat411 ... What is carboy soup? I'd love to know!

Nice, Hornady! It's been a while since I've had potato pancakes. I love them.

There' nothing like eggs in real butter, Run! All good stuff there.
