My daughter got a Tom this morning. Last time she got one was when she was 11. She turned 23 a month ago
Exciting hunt. Lots of hen talk and gobbling
She was anxious to pull the trigger on one of the three jakes that came in to the decoys. But I got her to hold off for a Tom that was hung up. It worked great and she got him
22 1/2 lbs 8” beard an 1” spurs
We are 3 for 3 so far. My season starts next Monday
What a blessing it was to hunt with her again. It’s been 8-9 years since she has hunted, great time together
