The bottom one maybe a kc10 I think I can see a engine mounted in the tail section of the bottom plane.

I thought I saw that myself, not knowing what I was looking at. I was only able to snap three pics as it was going away. Whatever it was, it was pretty cool.

In a Steve Irwin voice Crickey, wow what a sight! Now this is rare and hardly ever seen in the wild. It Looks like and has to be a young Boeing has claimed the prize and with it the pride. They will mate until a new stronger and younger Boeing gains control. What a site mate!

KC10, my son flies them and as old as they are they are still the primary tanker for the Air Force. The commercial fleets retired the DC10 years ago.

I watched a few A-10s refuel over my house a couple of years ago - they just kind of flew sky laps around - I think 3 fueled up. They must have had to stay current because they fly daily here and this was the only time I witnessed them aerial refueling.
