This is what my wife is making me tonight for putting new carpet in the house. First time cooking leg of Lamb.

That looks delicious minus the amount of rosemary I see
On it. Always seems to overpower the meat to me if I'm not

oh my that makes my mouth water!!

350 in oven hr n half till meat is 130 rest 15 minutes medium rare.... dont over cook it

had it alot as a kid, old stomache cant take much of it anymore(wish it could) I can handle is made into shwarmas or gyros though with a dip. Yum

lamb got some power to it ... ya eat a cpl lamb chops and ya got energy without being hungry for long time.... eat a pork chop and ya hungry cpl hrs later. rice is worst. behind pancakes.. I LOVE LAMB!

That's a beauty, HR! I'll bet that was wonderful!

I have been so busy I've hardly been cooking ... but tonight I whipped up a couple of plates of sauteed shrimp and scallops with a garlic jalapeno lime butter on a bed of romaine ribbons with diced tomato, avocado, cilantro hot sauce and lots of Old Bay seasoning - oh, and a dollop of sour cream!
