That is the first lot in the catalog, so I would say probably yes.

It is part of a string with 151 skins total, which seems rather large for the top lot, usually the top lot of beaver has 20 skins or less.

That should help maybe to get you the lowest top lot ever for Beaver. I got the record for marten.

That string of 151 skins, starting with lot 101, would be the top lot except for the 33 skins of 3X - 2X blacks in lots 143- 146. FHA did not sell black bvr in March but held them for this sale for what they figure is a stronger North American demand for those skins. See what the the full catelogue prices are later to be sure.
