Experimenting with smoked mac & cheese. I've never tried a recipe that I like and I need to make several pans of it for my daughter's grad party next weekend.

Went over to a friend and his wife's house for dinner tonight. Took my dogs so they could play with his dog. We had horse backstrap with baked potato, corn on the cob, salad and rolls. The horse backstrap was excellent. Some of the best steak I've ever had in my life. Possibly up there for the best. I had seconds.
