Prayer request for Rege Denne

My good friend, fellow trapper and hunter is about to undergo bypass surgery within the hour as I write this request. Rege is a vital part of our lure business and our Wildlife Control Service. He just returned from a successful bear hunt in Nova Scotia just a week ago or so. He was short of breathe and knew something was wrong.

It took his Insurance company too long to approve his testing that needed to help diagnose his problem for sure and delayed his surgery by a week or more.

I ask that you would keep him in your prayers as well as his family. Rege is a devoted trapping instructor and always there to help out when the need is there for others.

If anybody hasn't met Rege it's because you haven't been to a convention or any activity from PTA . A great guy and tireless worker. Best wishes and good luck, hope to see you healed up soon.

I drove into the city which I don't do for any reason to see Rege. It reminded me of why I don't go there by the way. What a bunch of crazies and weird looking individuals I saw amongst the regular folks.

Rege came thru his surgery quite well it seems. We had a good visit about an hour until I felt it was time to go and allow him to rest and not be forced to talk anymore. Thank you all for your prayers. I hope that he continues to heal and progress to where he will be discharged to go home and begin his real recovery there. You can't rest in a hospital for those of you who have been there before understand what I mean.

Keep Rege in your thoughts for a full recovery.

Spoke with Rege today and he is up in a chair, walking a little, had some solid food and had his first BM. That is always a good thing. It seems he is feeling stronger each day. Thank you all again for your support for Rege and his family.
