Canadian tire money, is always worth , a hundred cents on the dollar as well. I have used it, if dealing with someone. and we didn't have the right change. Most people will accept it. old243
Can use it at Husky gas stations too!

Tire money sounds similar to the Green Stamps we used to receive with a purchase years ago at some places. I used to save Goochs stamps off of Goochs feed sacks.

That guy must shop a lot at the Canadian tire store to accumulate that much CT Money.
I just bought some stuff at CT last week, and brought in 36 bucks CT money.I cleaned out a few junk drawers and a couple vehicles to collect it all.
he had about 300 saved for 3 years of saving , a lot of his freinds cleaned out their Canada tire bucks and gave them to him at his birthday celebration and that put him to the 800 he needed.
did anyone else cringe watching him tie that canoe down on the truck with no foam between the metal gunwales and and the paint. dude even some card board would be better than nothing.

Canadian Tire is a big store in Canada. It's a little bit like Wal-Mart. CVS pharmacy has Extra Bucks rewards- customer loyalty program.

Canadian Tire money is customer loyalty promotion - it's kind of hard to explain.

I guess I don't see anything wrong with it. Locally, one store, Marvin Home Center sends you a card based on your purchases. 5 or 10 dollars is what I've seen, but, it expires, so you need to go in there and cant save them up.

My mom used to do Green Stamps. I remember going to the "Green Stamp" store downtown when I was a kid. A simpler life back then...

The Canteen at our local Arena accepts CT money straight across. Eating a poutine paid for with Canadian Tire money, watching your kids play hockey. Good Times

They've been doing that for a long time. 40? 50? years or more.
