7th Anniversary Dinner - 07/01/19 12:10 AM

7 Years ago today the luckiest woman on the planet landed me! grin Figured I would make us a nice dinner to celebrate.

Rack of lamb grilled then roasted to perfection:

Roasted baby taters, and steamed asparagus.

A side dish of a roasted Portobello cap stuffed with crayfish tails. (wife allergic to crab)

Washed down with a nice Claret and now homemade Champagne on the porch for the rest of the evening. wink

Congratulations to you and the Mrs Finster! Beautiful looking chops/rack.

By coincidence my wife and I celebrated our 7 year yesterday and had the same meal today.

The homemade Champagne on the porch turned out to be the kicker. The stuff turned out great and it's still young. It should be really good in a few months.
