no see um gnats

are they anything that will keep these little devils from biting citronella candle - dryer sheets - off is like ringing the dinner bell none of these work slows them down some but not stop them any ideals

anything with pine oil in will keep the buggers away. Detrol a antiseptic which has pine oil in works or PINESOLE but there are two kinds, one with pine oil in and one without.... check label buy one with pine oil. Put pine oil on cap or clothes, works great.

Equal parts vanilla extract, Listerine and water will keep them back and it's cheaper than Buggins or VBS

I bought a can of hot shot for flying insects. It works great. Hit them with it right behind the dead. Kills em stone dead. That reminds me, I should get a new can as this one is all beat up.

If those are what we call buffalo gnats up here, pure vanilla extract is the cure. Well, maybe not the cure but it really helps.
Smells good too. It will stain your clothes and your hat though so don't use on anything good.
I don't have too many good clothes. LOL

No-see-ums are sensitive to smoke, even more so than mosquitoes. The bug coils work well, but I always prefer a fine cigar.
