What do they call this in your town ....

We call it a Lobstah Bake....with a pot of Steamahs....corn on the cob ...baby Yukon potatoes....Vacation is good.

Well my North Carolina family would call that a Low Country Boil (pronounced Bawl). But here in North Idaho we call that "Where's the red meat?"

I always liked that in a "lobstah bake" nothing ever got baked. I should say none of the food got baked.
