Has died. I considered him an enemy of the constitution. Nuff said.

It will be a long time before we undo the damage this horrible man did to this nation. If ever.

Saw that a couple days ago and it made me think of who will get to replace Ginsburg.

He will still be voting Democrat. Biggest enemy of 2 A in a very long time !

I despise all of what the news praised as his greatest decisions last night. May he get what he deserves.

Ginsburg swore an oath to do a job and is paid to do that job. Physically and mentally, she can no longer do that job. Her law clerks are doing her work. Her law clerks were not appointed to the Supreme Court by a president and approved by Congress. The only thing keeping Ginsburg in the court is her partisan support of the democrats. Since she can not perform as she is sworn and paid to do and is unwilling to resign, she should therefore be removed from her judgeship.
