We sure know it is hunting season though, the 10,000 lakes license plates are all over the place now. LOL We don't need calendars here just need to look around. Lol

Ambush, archery starts next weekend for big game state wide. Some big game tags started this weekend though. I hope to go on a sheep and goat hunt again, not as a shooter though.

Yes, some will and I haven't seen one yet that is hard horned.

Found a few rubs already but haven't seen any polished off.

Have killed many in the velvet?

Went to NE in September a while back to arrow a velvet buck but they were all rubbed out
or at least the ones that I had come into..Had one come into the river flats that had velvet hanging
off the antlers but not much...should have shot him, was the closest I'd seen that week with any velvet..
