Evidently it happens more frequently than one would imagine. I've seen several videos in the past, of other instances.
Even happened at a local sale barn a couple times.

Those bulls are bred to be quick, agile, strong and feisty. That is how most are selected. It is a lot like race horse farms that get known for their racing ability or even in the USA where the bulls for bull riding many times come from ranches that specialize in breeding, raising and training the bulls.
When in HS on the dairy farm where I worked we many times kept a Jersey bull for clean up and breeding heifers. They were not big, 800-1000 lbs but quick, fast and ornery.

Ive seen Holstein bulls make a jump like that and be meaner.
