As per the Idaho Fish and Game website, nine courses have been set up across the state for September and October. Three have already been filled. Idaho is a state that’s requires completion of a trapper education course for anyone that purchased their first trapping license on or after July 1, 2011. A license from another state is not accepted unless there is an agreement with that state that has training equivalent to Idaho. To trap wolves you have to complete both the 8 hour trapper education program and an 8 hour wolf trapping education program.
