The way I skimmed it, I would say possibly ... anything bought out of state is fine but nothing green/tanned/anything can be sold In the state of California for any commercial purposes (except religious I think) ...

Text of the bill here...

Woa........ Is this irony?

ON the day the State senate passes essentially a "fur ban"

...and separately not 4 business days after the Governor signs into law an Anti-trapping bill...

In the same state .....

"City Council approves plan to trap coyotes"
" It approved an annual five-month trapping season, spanning from October to March"

Hmmm... someone with a predator control business should maybe see this as an opportunity for formalizing the process and flip it to their advantage. Now they can get paid for what they once did not. The need is still there.
