Dirt work for shed

Helping my son level a spot for new shed .not to far out but the ground is very hard and dry . after all the rain we had last fall and spring I didn't think it would dry out but ,3 feet down bone dry. Just north of 100 miles they are getting plenty sometime you get what you wish for but not when you wish for it lol a friend of mine is going to start tomorrow . so it will probably start to rain lol

Looks like he has a lot of area there to work with. Anything special he is going to use the shed for?

I told him they are never big enough the one in the background is 40x40 and 26x80 . This is going to be 104 x 60.

He must catch alot of fur. lol

I'm not certain I would call something that large a "shed."

For some reason I read " level a spot for new fur shed". Then I saw the size and I was like, dang!

Looks like a good start are they going to raise the floor of the shed after its built or is that where the floor will be?

i hope you took the topsoil and grass out if your going to pour concrete over it.

Putting on trusses and roof metal today.

Getting metal put on.

Getting floor ready.

Poured floor with color .

All most done with floor 1 third left to do my son and I are pouring today

Maybe get to trap tomorrow .

I hope the grass and topsoil was taken out.

What type of screed did you use?

This was all struck off by hand to small for power skreed .

In floor heat?
