Tuscaloosa Police Officer Killed

On the evening of September 16th, Tuscaloosa Police officer Dornell Cousette was shot and killed while serving a warrant on an individual who had not shown up for court on some violent felony charges. The outpouring of support by the Tuscaloosa community has been amazing. In honor of Ofc. Cousette and his family, UA Athletics will light up Bryant Denny Stadium in blue tonight from 8pm-9pm. Tuscaloosa Police will park Ofc. Cousette's car at the Walk of Champions tonight at approximately 8pm and it will remain there until Friday around noon. This will give the public a place to leave cards, letters, flowers, etc. in honor of Ofc. Cousette and in support of his family.

Something like this goes beyond football and rivalries and whatever else. Regardless of how you feel about UA as a football team, this is a classy thing to do and I wanted to spread the word to others. Please keep the family of Ofc. Cousette in your thoughts and prayers.

Yea and the little devil that shot him still alive. I would be more then happy to volunteer my service In trying up a rope. Letting these monsters live 20 years in lockup is a big problem with this crap.
