The pup and I did alright tonight. Geese in the morning and bush chickens in the evening he will be tired now

Best eating right there,with Hun's Grey grouse being right there also,you have Hun's i'm guessing and the dark meat Sharptails fun to shoot just not as tasty,fall is here...….

Huns and ruffies are my favourite but never tried pheasant. Sharptails get turned into jerky with the geese

Great job. A good bird dog makes bird hunting so much better.

I am curious, what is the glowing eyed thing your dog is staring at in the second picture

Never noticed it before but there was a vehicle parked and running about 100 yards away. The headlights would be the “eyes”
