I am trying to replace my old winter hat, which is a non advertising, camo baseball style hat, with ear flaps, thinsulate and gore-tex. The old one was purchased several years ago at Bass Pro Shop and was the only one on the rack. I have tried all the local stores and looked on line. I do not even see them listed with advertising. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stormy Cromer is my favorite

I have a half dozen or so Kromers, some of them are so old Stormy's wife may have hand sown them.
While I make them look good, in reality they only keep you warm
til the weather hits the teens and there is a bit of a breeze.
After that a big ol stocking hat, fur hat and or hood will serve you better.
I also recommend a very nice hat made by Filson, short bill, wool inside and canvas outside
but you can buy a couple Kromers for the cost. of it.

Wyoming Traders version of the Stormy Cromer hat. It has inside ear flaps.

Usually a smaller thin stocking cap otherwise I sweat too much.

I usually just cram a knit wool cap over my billed ball cap, I've got warmer hats but they're usually TOO warm most of the time.
