Guys thanks for all the positive comments. Allan she has decided to have a shoulder mount. We hunted Wednesday morning and didnt see anything. We got back in the stand around 3:30 that evening. I didnt have very high hopes due to the extreme high temps, around 5:30 or so we heard some noise on the ridge in a few minutes the bear comes wandering in, she slowly picks up her rifle and steadies herself on the shooting rail. I got him to stop at about 30 yards. I hear her take a deep breath and say im going to take him. The shot goes off and i can see it was a great shot. The bear ran maybe 20 yards and piled up. I dont know who was more excited me or her. She has really wanted to harvest a bear and it all came together Wednesday evening. I am very proud of her she is a great student, involved in extra curricular activities and still has a desire to hang out with Dad in the treestand and on the trapline. Eric
