Popeye's vs. Chickfila.

Who's on top of the chicken sandwich war? If you want to add other restaurants that's fine. I'm gunning for Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen. They have the best hot sauce.

I will take Chick-fil-a.

As for national chick fil a, but I haven't had popeye's chicken.
There's a local restaurant here that beats chick fil a sandwich to sandwich.

Both. Popeye's Chicken is the bomb, but chik fil a has the best sandwiches.

Popeyes has the best flavor.
Chickfila has the best quality control of their chicken. Always moist and super tender.
I can't drive past either one of them when I am hungry, so it is just a matter of my juxtaposition as to which I chose.

I've never had either. Neither one in the area and usually don't do fast food when traveling.

I have never eaten at either restaurant. We very, very rarely eat out. I would like to try both Popeye's and Chick fil a. Both have food that looks and sounds good.

Popeyes all day. I like Chfilet and what they're about but food...Popeyes but if I'm down in Milwaukee or Chicago JJ's.

Popeyes is the most over rated, over cooked, garbage chicken I’ve ever eaten. Good breading, but horrible chicken.

Popeyes I have only eaten twice. Both times it had the effect of a box of ExLax. I'll never eat there again. I've never tried the other one.

I have Nevah had either one of them.....the closest chic fillet is 40 minutes away....and don’t even know if Popeyes is in NH

Nashua and Salem,NH have Popeye's.

I have had both and don't really care for either one. Tried the sandwich at CFL and it was pretty average. Popeye chicken is okay but I find their sides to be almost inedible. Didn't care for zaxbys either.

Years ago Hardee's had a great chicken sandwich a real piece of breast not "parts" on a bun. Then they started "improving" it until it was nothing like it was when it was great. I plan to try Culvers chicken sandwich next if it's as good as their burger I'm in.

Had a BK one a few months back it was one of the rare things that did not taste like chicken, greasy carboard flavorless.

I like Bojangles better than either of them.

My wife can fry a chicken that is wonderful. I have eaten enough fast food in my life I avoid it. if I eat out now its a place that serves a good steak or chili verde. I did eat burger king for lunch the other day.

Isn't Bojangles just the southern branding of Popeyes? When I'm in SC and GA they look exactly like Popeyes.

Bojangles is direct competition for Popeye's. I read up on the history of Bojangles and that's what I came up with.

X2. Chickfila is my vote. It's like eating a chickfila minon samitch!

Hereabouts it's Chick-fil-A hands down. Fast, fresh, tasty, cheerful people, great company... wonderful.

Popeye's has ok taste, but the chicken is too dry, they're often out of many dishes ("Well, what DO you have??") and service is so slow we feel like time is going backwards. It's not "fast food" when we wait 40-50 minutes EVERY time with 1-3 people ordering.

But if you have one raisin canes . Just fresh chicken rolled in flour and fried. ALL they do . Taste like Mama's fried chicken

Bojangles opened here in town . Lasted 9 months OUT nasty even their plain chick was spicey .....
