Tecovas Boots - 10/14/19 02:25 AM

I've been thinking of getting some nice boots. Not work boots but not dress.

For the past week I've been ewing ads for Tecovas, made in USA. I like like the Deans.

Anyone have opinions on Tecovas.

I probably misread it. Started in Austin TX?

Glad I'm not the only one seeing the adds.

The company that has Tecovas made and sells them is based in Austin, Texas but the boots were never made in Austin. The boots have always been made in Mexico.

You might check out Cowtown Boots if you are looking for some inexpensive ones.

I wore Justins for years, bought a pair of Tecovas when they first started advertising..first pair didn't fit , sent them back and had a quick easy return on the next pair. I like them , seem very well made to me.

I have been seeing those too. I have Nocana and Stewarts. I have had both pairs for almost 30 years. The nocana's are kangaroo - super comfortable. The stewart's are horse hide- really tough. Both have had the soles replace twice. I like the looks of those boots in the adds-makes me want a pair - but I don't know anything about them.
