Subaru Crosstrec?

Any one have one? Wife wants to get one, Just want to know if you like or not.

my wife bought a used one with 60k miles had it a yr . nothing but fix and repair . front end issues . got crap for trade in value . invest in honda hrv….worth every penny u put into it. 32 miles to gallon. great in snow all wheel drv. best choice by far....stay away from mitshubitshi too. junk handles like crap...bad in snow too.tried all.

My son just bought a new one a couple weeks ago. And my sister and her husband have had one since '15 and been very pleased with all except he thinks it's underpowered.

My wife got an outback back in Feb and she loves it so far. She says she thinks we will always own a Subaru. If it lasts the way her 05 Honda accord has, we may never have to buy another car.

We’ve owned our 17 Outback for 3 years now and love it! No issues with it so far and avg 27 mpg. Wife wants to buy a Crosstrek next but i want the new turbocharged Ascent or the turbo Outback Onyx. We will buy another Subaru and probably another after that. Underpowered... yes but that was before they introduced the turbo. But i dont know if they offer the turbo in the Crosstrek yet. Great cars!

Brakes are a pain to work on a Subaru.

Wife has a 2018 Crosstrek, getting around 36 mpg. No problems so far and runs great with nearly 30k miles on it.

Didn't know about the bunny hugging orientation. I'll scold my wife this evening.

Wife dragged in a Forester a few years ago.
It has used oil the whole time and the dealer has been no help there, just excuses and dance.
I did rotors and pads, no different than others to me.

Growing crack in windshield.
When fighting dealer about oil, I noticed a dealer option there.
A bar that connects both upper inner fenders (chassis support).
At present I ponder if that part may have saved the shield.

To me it's just a ride with no feelings or ties to the maker.

Most of the Subarus sold here are built here using Japanese parts assembled by American workers.

My wife has an Impreza and she likes it. AWD is nice for her in the snow.

Thanks for the info. I was afraid that the 2.0 motor would lack power. Pretty much all hills here where I'm at.

Cheesy is the best description of them.

Cross trek is an Impreza with a lift, just get the Impreza in my opinion.
