Will the Pats go undefeated.

So far they played against 1 team with a winning record.
Looks like they will run the table. They let me down with the loss to the Giants in the super bowl. Could this be the year they snap the Champaign popping tradition of the old dolphin players do when the last undefeated team loses?

They have some legitimate opponents coming up. I won't believe the hype until they prove they can beat some teams that won't be fighting for a top-5 draft pick by the end of the season.

They have a favorable schedule ahead of them, but I think they will stumble a time or two.

It VERY hard for any team to go undefeated in the NFL. I don't think they have much of a chance of doing it.

Some stupid team like the Bengals will be their only loss.

Once a team clinches their division and secures Home field through out the playoffs, many of the starters set the bench to rest and recover for the playoff run. At that point, a loss really dont change anything. Thats when the undefeated season is jeopardized.

They will lose the Superbowl against Green Bay.

Doubt it. I don't think them or the 49ers will go undefeated. Those are the only 2 teams with a perfect record remaining

There always a lot of talk about Brady and the offense which is very good but to me their defense is about the best if not the best in the league. If they keep teams to under 3 TDs a game they will win a lot of games, just maybe them all.

They are a great team, but certainly can be beaten. Buffalo, who also posses a good defense, held them in check. The difference in that game was a punt New England blocked and turned into a score.

Their schedule gets tougher in the second half of the year, so they will likely face some greater challenges.

I will say this Belichick is most certainly pushing his team for a perfect season. This is the last thing he needs to truly cap off his dynasty/legacy. I don't see him resting any starter if a perfect season is on the line.

Looks like Belichick is going for that number 1 ...all time defense. Only time will tell.
