Always wanted to kill a drop tine buck . Almost did last year shot a nice 8 point but his drop tine was broke off.Grunted him in , 30 yard shot xbow , double lung went 80 yards . Dressed 190. Hes an 11 point with one broke tine would have been a 12 point. The drop tine is broke off at the end dont know how much is missing.

Re: First Drop Tine Buck - 11/11/19 01:50 AM

Beauty of a deerzie !

Antler art and lots of meat. You are entitled to both.

If you make him into a Euro mount, put him on a wood stand in a special place, insert a smaller light inside the large portion of the skull from underneath, and he will make a gorgeous night light.

Cool buck. Do you see lots of broken antlers out there? Almost every buck I've shot here has had at least 1 broken tine.
