Venison roast in the slow cooker,mixed with cream of mushroom soup,lipton onion soup mix,some water,turn it on low for 6-7 hours.

Ham & Beans last night for supper & same thing tonight. They was good yesterday, should be great tonight.

Had venison chili for dinner, I think if may be leftover chili tonight as well.

I had goat cheese and chili.

Tonight will be spaghetti

The goat cheese was eaten after the chili. The chili was made with ground beef. Thanks for asking. I like to keep people guessing, more fun that way.

I had Goat cheese in my meatloaf with roasted vegetables on Saturday.

Got my first deer for the year the other day and we're having venison fondue tonight for the second time. Yeah!

I celebrated Veterans Day by eating at the Olive Garden, I had chicken Parmesan and a big salad. Veterans get to eat for free today so I took advantage of their offer.

Did my best rendition of a Thousand Island Guide shore lunch with the last of this year's St. Lawrence River fish fillets. Could not match the french toast dessert !!!

There is more butter there than you think, but I am trying to watch my girlish figure. The olives is "salad", lol.

It was all I could do to fill that 5 quart crock pot to the brim with half thawed ribs and a few onions, lol. That simmered for 24 hours and I pulled the bones out.

I can still see my toes.

How do you make your dumplings?

Eating the other side of the hanging lions,had the other side with eggs this morning steak and eggs are always good.I'll cut up the buck on sunday,guessing i'll get 45 to 50lbs of meat from him,then next week i'll cut up a doe that has not been shot yet.

I don't measure,but for a small 2 person stew
about cup of flour,
about a tbs baking pwdr
shake of salt
about 1\2 inch of oil in teacup then add water to 3\4 full
mix all up for dough if sticky dust with flour before adding to top of stew last 15 min of cooking.Cover with lid,and don't open lid until done(15 min).
