I'd like to know the story on that tree. It looks like they're cutting it into 4'-5' bolts/cants. This doesn't look like fun.

Mole there's a slight change that I've got a relative in that picture or a relative was friends with some or all of them.
Today's chain saw for a tree like that would have a 100+ inch bar with full skip chain.
