Started this morning 300 miles from home on a cow elk hunt with women and kids they knocked down 3 I packed them out to the truck drove home and just finished cutting up and wrapping the last 1 and now finally I’m having a nice cold beer
what a fun miserable day

You processed 3 elk in one day? Must have had a lot of help. No beer during the processing? You deserved the one youfinally got.........maybe even a 2nd!

Sound like 400+ pounds of boneless meat to me, and probably more. A lot of work, cut wrap and freeze.......jk
