https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1018362272a bullet that should work for you
https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1165186764that should get you right around 2500fps
CFE-BLK gets velocity without higher pressure of some powders so the cases last longer if you can find them all , I figure any used hunting are lost. but I got lucky and was able to find my brass hunting this year
you could load light .308 bullets in a 30-06 but I prefer the 165 or 180 in the 308 and 30-06
I have been thinking about trying the 165 I load for 30-06 in a 300bo the velocity listed book max is 1887fps at 41Kpsi , the cartridge is capable of 55Kpsi.
running the numbers even starting slower the 165 would carry more energy at 100 yards than the 110.
the quest in 300bo is to get a bullet that expands at lower velocity and makes 2 holes
back to 7.62x39 you might try one of the comertially available ammo on some pigs like

https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1001670446 see how they work on the pigs and save the brass.
it may not be 40 for 10 dollars but if it puts down hogs 0.70 to 1.00 a round might be worth it for a good test on hogs
