Two Tuesday! Ground Moose, seven cheese blend, onion, maters, cilantro, lime, and green sauce.

took it easy last night,bought sliced roast beef at deli and made sandwiches.....

Medium rare venison roast and broccoli.

And left over for lunch.

I was surprised how tender it was. Made a rub for it.

Baked flathead on rice with steamed broccoli.

Spuds, sauerkraut , and pork steak.

Tonight was HanGabur helper ...then popcorn and a Coke

Grilled elk steaks with red beans and rice might add a salad

Shrimp Cesar salad and a nice glass of red wine!

Backstrap, taters, corn, baked beans, crescents and a rum n coke(or 3)

We had Homegrown Ribeye steaks...frozen corn my wife had put up ...and potato.

Liver & Onions, coffee and a Hershey bar.

Venison back straps and noddles.
