Yep. " I'm skint " / " I have no money left ".

No idea how it may be used on your side? Bit more context, maybe?

We said skint in western NY when I was a kid. So I think it's more rural than southern.

"I caught 2 coon today!"

"Didya skinnum?"

"yes, they're skint."

Also: Creek is pronounced "crick"

"I caught 'em down at the little crick!"

Nope, that's creak. Creek is a small moving body of water, which some people call cricks.

Isn't english, and especially regional dialects, interesting?

Never heard anyone say that word in my area, just like those who say they drug their deer out. I’m no grammar expert but the proper word is dragged. To drug your deer is to slip it a Mickey Finn.

Youns are gonna get skunt when Mr grammar green jeans gets outta the fart sack.

No regional jargon in my area, the rest of the country talks funny though.

Hint for when grammar popo attacks, stuck your tung out and show him he's number one.

When I started trapping back in the 70's there was an older gentlemen here in Wisconsin that took me under his wing. He used the word skint and the word crick all the time. Heard it a few other times but not in a couple decades!
