About the only reality TV show i enjoyed , harte was my favourite ,there was a certain sadness to him that made him no different then the rest of us if that makes any sense

I found it interesting that they took it off the air.Before the new season started in 2017(?)the show had won some award I think for cinematography and the critics loved it.Then,like 2 years later they announced the show was cancelled,they said a couple of the personalities were demanding more money.Thats all that was released about it,at least thats all I seen about it.

Yes, he passed some time back, thinking like 2 years or so. I thought I saw some of that show awhile back, his wife n daughter went back to his cabin.

You fans that like this show don't tar and feather me if this isn't true but I ran across something that explained The Discovery channel had wrapped up filming of the show in January 2019 and were pretty tight lipped about any more seasons.But the speculation is the popularity of the show along with its steady ratings,the show is expected to return in November 2020.

Im just finishing watching this. Its pretty good. I recommend it.
I imagine the people getting paid are the people that put the work in to make it. I don't know if the family gets a cut or what.
Does anyone know what bob died of other than having a bad heart and cancer? Im more interested in knowing what kind of cancer he had. Like its not like he was eating processed foods or anything so I'm curious???
