There are so many different variants of the enfield that the range of prices is all over the place.Seen one variant recently for sale at Elwood Epps for $1700.

is it an Ishapore aka Indian enfield ?
a #3 or a #4
MKI or MKII
300-500 for most of your normal rifles the Ishapores are all #3 meaning no rear peep sight older pattern rifles and are on the lower end of cost
if it is something more special then possibly more if it has been sporterized less
in October my son was looking a a New in the cosmoline Ishapore for 300 they had been asking 350 , it was a dealer we know an we were working the show. he decided to put his money into something else.

All the ishapores i've seen are 7.62 x51 , not .303.
