U.P. Banquet

District 3 of the U.P. Trappers Association held their 1st annual fund raising banquet tonight,and they really outdid themselves.It was a sold out event(200 tickets),the catered food was excellent,with a unbelievable amount of raffle items,including many guns.District 3,headed by Roy Dahlgren and family,John Gunville,and many others did a great job.Bob Steinmetz of the NTA was there with a booth signing up new members.If your a member and weren't able to attend you really missed out on a great time.A big thank you to everybody who helped out for making it a great night out for a great cause.

Thanks for posting this, Buck ! Totally agree with everything you mention.
This group...and their families...always put together a warm and exciting event,
and this was no exception. The crowd was amazing. To think it was their FIRST
Banquet is proof again they know how to organize and network with people!

Even though Maryann and I have “retired” from setting up at Conventions we most
definitely will keep up our membership in the UP Trappers to help support the great work
they do.

It was wonderful to see everyone again last night and be part of another “first” for this
inspiring group of dedicated and hard-working folks!
