Who is going to make the Fur Takers Convention IN?

This will be the first Fur Takers Convention I have attended. Its only 9 miles from my farm. I'm schedule to work but will miss a day to attend. Who else will be going and what days? Friday makes the most since for me to work logically.

Other than demos and getting to hang out with other trappers what else should I be looking forward to? Are there great sale prices on lure and traps or do you just save on shipping?

35 min north of Louisville off Hwy 62.

we try to go to either the NTA or the FTA convention every year, we take the whole family and spend a day at the convention and then do some other things for a couple of days to enjoy our time together. I think this years trip is taking us to Charlestown.

I'm planning to go. It's about two hours north for me.

Planning to be there representing the NC Trappers Association, Promoting Responsible Trapping and selling some killer raffle tickets.....100 chances to win (94 guns, 3 cash prizes, a Honda Rancher, a Honda Pioneer SxS and a Liberty Gun Safe) all for one $10 bill. Will have some parches and decals for collectors as well.

I'm going, I grew up there and have family about 15 minutes away. We used to have two fur sales at the Charlestown fair grounds every season, not sure if they still do.

Forgive my ignorance being new here. What will your booth be labeled?

L & P Trapline Supply. Not your normal trap supply dealer tho. I just sell my products that I build.

Normal can be overrated . Using you experience and skill to build a product ther is a need for now that's not only interesting but talent as well. I will look you up.

It's in my home town 5 minutes away and I will be there Thursday. I'm getting married Saturday so I guess I'm not allowed to come that day! Ha

I hope to be there tailgating selling waxed dirt/sand.
