Raccoon, coyote and beaver. Muskrats if you got marshes. Indian lake is good for beaver but you have to draw s permit for it.

Hi Mason, The best animal to trap is whatever furbearers are on the land you have permission to trap on. If you are new to trapping, good summer practice is catching woodchucks (groundhogs). It is also a good way to get a farmers permission to trap on his land. Have some fun, Eric

Coon are easy to trap, and plentiful. Muskrats are harder to find around here but if you have them, they are easier to both trap and put up than most other critters. Ooh, and possum, make a good coon or k9 set and possum will find it. And a good one MAY sell for enough to buy a candy bar, but it might take 2 of them.. Like Eric said, catch what you got and have fun.

Coon all over the place here. Not many rats. Fair number of yotes and a few reds. No beaver or otter here yet.

Find a golf course... they all seem to have problems with skunks, if you don't mind the smell. Also where you find skunks you usually find coon amd if they have water course or pond they may have rats too.
