Strategic Petroleum Reserve

So they decided that since they couldn't get solar power handouts they would block an actual purchase (not a handout) of low priced oil that would benefit the taxpayers. Why buy something on sale when you can get more lobbyist money if you wait and buy at a higher price? It's only the public's money.
