Way ahead of us. Just uncovered the strawberries yesterday and raked the cover of the asparagus today. Driving around it looks like our winter wheat wintered very well with our exceptionally well with our very strange winter. We will be watching the alfalfa closely very soon.

Amazing what a difference another week makes. We are supposed to get rain tonight and tomorrow so that will help it grow even more.

Our grass and rhubarb look like the first pic today.
We must be about a week behind y'all, climate-wise.

We have a small amount of rhubarb that comes up every year. Make the usual stuff. Last fall, the wife bought a wine making kit and made about 4 gallons of rhubarb wine. Didn't take very long to ferment. We liked it so much, every time we transferred it to another container we left some to drink. Bottled 8 or 9 bottles. It's by far our favorite and we are doing our best NOT to drink it so it ages. Will be making more this year.
