Found a use for my frozen beaver tails

Wife said s it's disgusting, some sort of sick popsicle. I say it's a good use and he's a good dog.

Not any more. He's outside now, going to town on it. He got his nuts cut today so he's getting a special treat.

My dog loves the feet so I freeze them as a treat from time to time. And yes, he likes to eat them on the couch too!

If he likes them and keeps them down/digests them well then it seems like a good idea to me and good use of them.Heck our hound has his own old used couch and his own recliner too.

Yes hind feet and tail cut up in quarters for my dogs as treats. There are pets stores that actually sell them frozen raw and dehydrated. Great source of fat and Glucosamine but definitely not on my couch.

So if we arrange a date for you with the PIG CASTRATOR ,

you will be satisfied with a frozen Beaver Tail for compensation, Eh ?

My dogs always liked to bury them for couple of months of tenderizing before bringing them in to eat on the couch.

Dogs(and other animals) go crazy for dried beaver feet.

bought some dog food today and the store gives a product or treat with each 35 pound bag of food . today's item was cod skin

Why waste them on a dang dog ? They are really good in a pot of beans with a shot of liquid smoke ! Some of you guys need to live in a cold climate for a while

I've got some better uses for them then a dog bone, if you'd like to get rid of some more.

IF you have a wood stove available..........wrap them in foil and put them inside the stove but off to the side. The black skin ( can I say that ? ) will bubble just like cooking a tongue. Let it cool and remove the skin. Chunk up the remainder and add it to the beans
