Long range shooters : Cheap Windmeters ?

For you guys shooting longer ranges what would you recommend for a guy looking for a wind meter but dosent wann drop the money on a $300+ kestrel or similar ? Dosent need any of the ballistic soft wear either just measure the wind speed and possibly possibly other things but mainly just the air speed.

Learn to read the wind. Or buy a kestrel.
