Large Steel-head fillet with a side of Alfredo Noodles. Homemade tartar sauce of course. Made a good glaze i should have written it down but I think I can do it again.

1/3 rd. cup chopped onions, stick of butter, Two tablespoons of honey, two tablespoons Olive Oil, a dash of cinnamon, tablespoon Celery Flakes, Tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer and stir in a skillet on medium heat until all ingredients are smelling and looking just right. Sprinkle fish with Lemon and Lime juice then pour sauce glaze over the fish fillet.
I baked the fish for about 35 mins. @ 325 or to your liking. I broil at times but decided to bake this time. Great flavor. Wife had seconds tonight.
