Uh-Oh - 05/29/20 11:24 PM

Media is saying he didn't die from traumatic axphixiation from pressure on his neck. Probably from hyper tension, heart disease and maybe other underlying conditions. Toxicology test still not back. Boy oh boy, can't hardly wait for the main feature when they acquit the cops. Previews have been pretty entertaining up to now. Can you say Fergason Mo.

So which network?

Re: Uh-Oh - 05/30/20 12:15 AM

CNN. See they got a little barbecue going down in Atlanta. Looks like they tried to trash CNN building and the broadcasters are really crying.

Re: Uh-Oh - 05/30/20 12:21 AM

I read the preliminary autopsy report. It said the same as above.

I think everyone needs to step back and wait for some facts. Otherwise it looks just like Obama in the Skip Gates thing. Remember ??? "The police acted stupidly" ? ???

Toxicology report may take a few days...or more

They probably do need to step back but it’s a little late now.

Re: Uh-Oh - 05/30/20 12:36 AM

So it was a coincidence that floyd died of a heart attack or overdose or something at the exact same time as that officer was kneeling on his neck until he stopped breathing?

Re: Uh-Oh - 05/30/20 12:43 AM

Could have.

Re: Uh-Oh - 05/30/20 12:47 AM

If the glove don't fit,you must acquit. Never no what a jury will come back with.

Could have been. They are also discussing"excited delirium" which could make things worse....as I understand it.

Also, we don't know what the tox screen will show.

One thing we will likely never know is the truth, which won't make a difference if it doesn't fit the murderous agenda.

Re: Uh-Oh - 05/30/20 01:35 AM

If he had other medical conditions I'm pretty sure kneeling on his neck for 7 minutes didn't help.

Re: Uh-Oh - 05/30/20 01:36 AM

Just watched the video again 2 cops are sitting on him, one is standing in the street staring off into space and the fourth has his knee on the back of his head for over eight and a half minutes. 4 and a half minutes into it he is dead and the whole time the one with the knee in his head is taunting him to get up and get in the car and he keeps saying I can't move . Looks like some schoolyard bullies holding someone down and tormenting them. And before it starts because on this site there are some that defend the police no matter what my dad was a cop and I have seen the good and then whatever these guys are.Not trying to justify anybody .If you break the law you go to jail but just because you wear a uniform doesn't mean you walk on water.

CBS is hilarious. A hooker with a microphone running through the rioting crowd, being followed around by a camera. What a pathetic country we have become.

This.
Same thing the guy died from that was put in a " chokehold ".

And, we never did find out how he got from the drivers side and being helped up after he fell, to three cops holding him down on the passengers side of the car. A lot missing?

Re: Uh-Oh - 05/30/20 10:51 AM

Might be some missing footage, but the part where the cop is kneeling on his neck while he dies is sure there.

Re: Uh-Oh - 05/30/20 11:01 AM

Yep, should've gotten off him once they had him subdued, same as what I'm guessing, he shouldn't have put himself in that position.

Did he die while the officer was kneeling on his neck???

Exactly why I posted earlier the sheer stupidity of within hours of the ordeal the mayor running around on tv and radio demanding murder be charged against his own police force. He fueled this to the max and is very much responsible for how this has escalated across the country.

Have to disagree, Ken. No way it is just a "coincidence" he died in police custody. Either the officer killed him or the knee on his neck agrivated an existing condition. Even if the guy was on drugs, the police are responsible for his condition once they arrest him!

Responsible for his condition? So, if he had just overdosed on heroin, that's the police officers fault.

Re: Uh-Oh - 05/30/20 09:19 PM

I have met some of my white brothers that I know it sure would'nt hurt to have a knee held againt there necks for seven or eight minuites. I guess I am not tribable enough to have that make me want to riot. I may even hi five the cops and buy them a dounut if it was justified.Them fellers need to get back to their hoein, bangin and snortin.

That's cops' right knee is on the ground, supporting the majority of his weight. This is so blown out of proportion it's ridiculous.

Exactly. If not for the action of those cops Floyd would be alive today. Third degree murder sounds about right to me.

Maybe he died from a heart attack or stroke induced by the cop's mistreatment.

He told the cops several times he couldn't breathe. And now some of you want to defend the officer.

Not defending or blaming anyone, but how do you yell or even speak if you are not breathing?

Don't bring that up Chas............don't fit the agenda. There's much more about this being uncovered. They spent 3 1/2 yrs trying to impeach Trump. Why not set up a reason to riot and destroy the country along with the economy?

Also if Amy Klobuchar had prosecuted that cop years ago he might still be alive too. Horrible series of events all rolled up and turned into a murder.

George Floyd's Family Gets Another Autopsy

Independent autopsy finds George Floyd died from asphyxia

BY REBECCA KLAR

An independent autopsy found that George Floyd died of "asphyxia due to neck and back compression," contradicting an earlier examination by county officials.

The findings of the new autopsy were unveiled Monday by Floyd family lawyer Benjamin Crump at a briefing along with the doctors who performed the examination.

"Essentially, George died because he needed a breath. He needed a breath of air," Crump said.

The independent autopsy contrasts with an initial county autopsy last week that said there were no findings to support traumatic asphyxia or strangulation, according to The Associated Press.

Allecia Wilson, one of the doctors hired to conduct the autopsy, said the "evidence is consistent with mechanical asphyxia as cause of death and homicide as the manner of death."

Wilson conducted the autopsy with Michael Baden, the former chief medical examiner of New York City who conducted independent autopsies of Eric Garner and Michael Brown.

The doctors said it appeared Floyd, an unarmed black man, had died in police custody after a Minneapolis police officer was seen on video kneeling on Floyd's neck for about eight minutes.

"For George Floyd, the ambulance was his hearse," Crump said. "Beyond question, he would be alive today if not for the pressure applied to his neck by fired officer Derek Chauvin and the strain on his body from the two additional officers kneeling him in his back."

Chauvin was fired from the Minneapolis Police Department and charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. Three other officers were fired but not charged.

Crump said Chauvin should be charged with first-degree murder.

Video footage of the arrest shows Floyd saying he cannot breathe as he is being pinned down.

"Unfortunately many police are under the impression if you can talk you are breathing, that is not true. I am talking and talking and talking and not breathing in front of you," Baden said.

According to prosecutors, preliminary findings from an official autopsy last week said combined effects of being restricted, potential intoxicants in Floyd's system and underlying health issues likely contributed to his death, the AP reported.

Baden and Wilson said that based on the independent autopsy, Floyd had no underlying medical conditions that contributed to his death.

Wilson noted that second autopsies have limitations because they are not seeing tissues in original states and sometimes they have been kept with the original pathologists. Despite that, she said the doctors feel those times "will not change or alter the primary cause of the mechanical asphyxia."

Floyd's death has sparked protests that started in Minneapolis and have spread across the country.

The peaceful protests have at times turned violent. Crump urged demonstrators to continue protesting peacefully, and rebuked the violence.

"We support the activism and energy of people who want to make sure we achieve change, and we hope these efforts continue. But the violence is absolutely unacceptable, they're unacceptable to George and they must be unacceptable to us," he said.

Is this the same autopsy paid for by the lawyers, who are going to get rich from the settlement? If so, I highly doubt its veracity.

1. Was it in fact proven it was a fake $20?

2. Most of you seem to be backing what this officer did? Please tell me you guys aren’t agreeing with what that thug moron did? If I just watched that video and it was my son under that knee that officer wouldn’t have seen the morning!

Re: Uh-Oh - 06/02/20 12:34 AM

I saw a guy make the Statue of Liberty disappear one time.

What you see isn’t always what it is but physical evidence is a different story.

The media and politicians are setting some pretty big expectations that are going to end with 12 people who will see ALL the physical evidence.

A person has to be charged and tried before it can become a proven fact.
That is difficult when a suspect fights the cops and resists arrest so he can prove himself innocent.
