Lol nope! Been working almost none stop for 2 weeks. It was time for a good feast!

Fresh halibut ceviche for appetizer, then beer battered deep fried halibut.

Frozen toquitos.
Dang halibut ceviche?!? Never thought of that..
Really miss this one little salsa market back in Oregon. If the old lady was working you bought tamales..

We had egg salad sandwiches made on Irish soda bread that my daughter baked.

Wild turkey breast marinated. In chicken broth and Lipton onion soup mix.

Nice! Now cook that meat for another 4 minutes per side and you got a good meal! Lol

I like to use a BBQ to cook my meat instead of a microwave lol

Hot beef sandwiches smoothed in gravy and french fries with a dab of gravy.

Fried catfish hush puppies cold slaw ice tea.Cooking starts at five o"clock.

Dont laugh, but just had a big bowl of fresh strawberries, yogurt, and some onion rings. Hey, it sounded good!

I had 3 gently fried eggs and mixed vegetables cooked separately.

Pork ribs and tater salad. No greens tonight.

Now that’s what I’m talking about!

Had a few bluegill fillets tonight. (properly cooked. lol) cheddar nuggets and fries on the side.

That does look good.

I got to plan ahead and figure out what I want to thaw out this week.

Grilled some venison ribs, not bad. Probably smoke them next time .
