Stepping out of the truck and into the woods after being away too long.
A snowmobile floating over bottomless powder.
A good ATV crawling through a bog without losing traction.
The evening woods from a stand.
A well-deserved beer or whiskey after a hard but productive day's work. Same with a shower.
Satisfaction in a job well-done.
Watching my kids and thinking that everything I've done or gone through in this life is worth it just for them.

Hot shower, woodstove with dry fire wood in winter time.
Having a Saviour in Jesus Christ.
The Love of a great woman.
Trapping, and all it entails.
Helping someone.
An elders stories of a better time.
A hug from a child.
Experiencing nature, a true gift from God.
Forgiving, and receiving forgiveness.

Somewhere I read that you lose weight by taking a warm shower like the same amount of weight as you would by exercising for 30 minutes.

Re: Things that feel good. - 06/12/20 02:44 PM
Watching the sun rise of set.
Sharing a good cup of coffee or a cold beer with good friends.
A kid's laughter.
Watching your dog work a trail.
Opening up a box of new traps.
After a long-hard day of work, looking back and seeing a good days worth of accomplishment.
went to start the log splitter the other morning it hadn't been run in 2 months . I turned on the fuel , oh I will just pull it over 3 times slow to pull some fuel in , Pop and ran on the 3rd slow pull , well isn't that nice
same for the string trimmer hadn't run since fall 3-4 slow pulls to turn it over and draw some fuel in and a quick one.
I am giving some of the credit on both to the star-tron in the fuel.
A truck that starts at -30 on the first try

900hp, 1200lb winged dirt Sprint car "winging over" when you turn into the corner at 135mph.
Almost as good as it hooking up when coming out of the corner, flat to the floor.

The smell of skunk on a cool fall morning.
A gobbler hammering at sunup.
The sight of a missing cat drag.
A pale yote waiting for me.
The look on a happy dogs face for no reason.
Being in the mountains without another soul around.
A holster that fits me perfect.
Friends that have my back.

Sorry Nessy; but that is only a one finger drink you have poured. Zim has to hold his iron ring finger in and then he gets a two finger pour and sometimes it pinky to trigger finger pour.
Zim and he I thought you were going to say a Staff holder holding a steady rod.....gone are those days with GPS surveying now.

Warsh is Southern, least where I come from. The only things I have in common with the Boco is trapping and sticky midgets.
