What are the chances the responsible party gets prosecuted to the full extent of the law if they are identified?

I reduced my visits to only trusted drive thrus and restuarants back after the Ferguson incident.

Past 2 weeks I have stopped ALL eating out...ANYWHERE.

This makes a strong case to getting ones drinks from a can or bottle at least you have a fighting chance that no one's messed with it ?
