First 50# bag of bread flour gone

My wife has used fifty pounds of bread flour and 1lb of yeast since march .six loaves a week with our sons home

Second batch is still in oven

Looking good, last week I made a loaf with two cups white flour and one of wheat flour and it was really good. My wife thinks all white is bad for you. I love bread with butter and honey and I have made it to the age of 73 andstill kicking. Tomorrow is bread day again. I am not a lover of store bought bread.

I've been thinking about putting an oven in the garage, so the house doesn't get warmed up.

I've gone through 20# of flour in about 6 weeks. I love fresh sourdough.
