Bayer agreed to settle. They are not completely done yet. They plan to prove scientifically over the next year or so what they’ve always maintain that round up is safe. I believe they’re going to be successful. There’s too much evidence of radiation of all forms and contamination of ground wells is the real culprit.
All of the three lawsuits that they lost had strong evidence of contamination. It was just never brought up in court or used as a defense. I believe in the end they will use that as their defense as well as other information that They have gathered and prove without a doubt that it is safe.

The battles fought by the chemical companies and those who use chemicals are growing every day. When we eliminate everything else that we know causes cancer then we can start on these possible or probable substances. When you take glyphosate out of the tool box for crop managers you open the door to other chemicals that aren’t as effective thus you have to apply more chemical or multiple applications. Glyphosate in most cases is the cheapest, most environmentally friendly chemical that exists.

Roundup is so widely used if it caused cancer we would all be dead. Those of us who use it or consume products grown via it's use are the ones paying the settlement in increased cost of the products. Meanwhile, the lawyers rake in our money.

Here's a thought,....don't bath in the stuff, don't drink it. and use common sense precautions when spraying, like not spraying up wind, and wash your darn hands when your done.... then you won't need an ambulance chasing lawyer to take most of your settlement

Sounds like a great plan, if this was 1950. You couldn't pay enough to get them brats away from their nintendo, or whatever the latest game is.

Thought you were going to say they settled out of court and decided to start making black aspirin since white aspirin is obviously racist.

Bayer had to have known when they bought Monsanto, what they were in for and what potential future profits would be.

I'd recommend Devil's Lake and I'm dead serious.
