Italian bread

We are eating some 8 grain bread right now. I believe that might be considered assimilated. i tore the bread into pieces. Scrambled up 8 eggs and added a little milk. Poured that over the bread pieces. Then added a mix of sugar with some cinnamon in it. Stirred that up good and put it all in a black skillet. When it was mostly cooked I added a couple big handfuls of froze blueberries. when they thawed good and got warm we started eating. Grandkids sure like it. I hope blue berries are not racist
