Why is it that when he leaves the decisions up to the states (which he SHOULD) he gets crushed? He could come out tomorrow and say, "Everyone will wear a mask, or fines/punishment will ensue." He would get crushed. He could wear a mask, and walk from one coast to the other, he would get crushed (for something). He could, as the MOST tested person in the country, go in public without a mask (which only protects everyone else, other than the wearer!) and he gets crushed! I don't get why it's HIS fault. We live in a free (unaccountable (which is the problem)) country, I'm gonna take care of me, and I expect you to take care of you...but that's not how it works is it?

What crime, exactly, would you put her in jail for? She's dumber than a bag of door knobs, sure, but (and this is assuming she even actually said it) all she did was exercise her 1a rights. The whole point of the 1a is to protect repugnant speech that nobody wants to here, to prevent people from being punished for expressing unpopular ideas.

Threatening Governors if they open she will work on cutting their funding and closing businesses for political gain.

Where did she make that threat? Remember, there are specific legal requirements as to what constitutes an illegal threat vs free speech. Threatening any sort of political action most likely won't meet that threshold.

I believe they take a oath of office before their first session of congress. Could she have possibly violated that? In my opinion she is a domestic enemy.
